I already cleared out my browser cache, history, everything, still no changes at all. I also tried deleting default.asp, then visited the website. I reckon you have access to the server the website runs on.
Chances are that's the problem, unless the file isn't uploading.

YOU CAN GET TO YOUR UPDATE SCREEN BY CLICKING ON “Despacho” OR BY GOING TO YOUR LEFT SIDEBAR AND CLICKING ON “THEMES.” In “Themes” Panel, the following alert will appear in a bar: “A new version of the Despacho is available for download.” Read “Update Download” instructions carefully. We highly recommend to do that each time you update files, it's the safest way to do that. Now go to your YIThemes account and download the updated files into your desktop.
This time, however, it's not working anymore in any way.
I upload the file with the same name and it looks like it overwrites the old one, but the size of the file doesn't change.
